Cape Water Tours and Taxi has a 24 hour cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel please call no less than 24 hours before your trip is scheduled to depart. If you do not cancel within the terms of our policy, we will issue a rain check to be used during the current season. It is not our policy to issue refunds, except when a trip is cancelled due to low ridership. In rare circumstances when a refund is approved we will charge a $2 per passenger transaction fee.

No Shows: If you or a portion of your party no show for a scheduled trip with no prior notification, there will be no rain check/refund as we often have a waiting list for our tours and cruises.

If bad weather is forecasted, we are watching the radar and would make a decision no later than 1 hour prior to a scheduled departure.  Please review your confirmation email to make sure your email address and phone number (the best phone number to reach you on  just prior to scheduled departure) are correct.  An unsafe weather cancellation is at the discretion of our Captains.  In the case of a cancellation we will notify you via email first.  If we see the email has not been opened by the customer, we will follow up with a phone call.  If a trip is cancelled due to weather or mechanical issues we will issue a rain check to be used at any time in the future.

If a trip is cancelled due to low ridership we will issue a full refund.
